8 月 尾已於 Smartone 落訂, 到現在一個消息都冇 ?
冇 e-mail / SMS / phone call from Smartone 通知幾時有 !!!!
初時又話 9 月初有貨, 今天已是 9 月 17 日
I wrote a mail to Smartone Enquiry for asking the date of available of HTC Hero, they have not reply me till now.

Dear CS,
I would like to check the available date of the above mentioned phone.
I have reserved one from Smartone on 29 Aug 2009.

I do remember that your frontline staff had mentioned that the said phone would be made available in early Sept 2009, it is already mid-Sept 2009, neither e-mail, call nor SMS was received regarding the late arrival of the said phone.
What is your preformance pledge ? In my opinion, I think you should make better arrangement with your supplier before announcing the available date to public. (including customers, press, newspaper, etc) This disappoints us very much. You should learn from Apple, they never work behind schedule.
