烏克蘭副總理費多羅夫日前在 Twitter 上發出了一封公開信，要求 Apple 停止向俄羅斯出售產品及提供服務，包括 iPhone、iPad 等都暫停出售，並關閉俄羅斯當地的 App Store 服務。而費多羅夫亦表示相信 Tim Cook 並不會只是聆聽，而是會盡他所能去保護烏克蘭以及歐洲國家。他們相信，如果 Apple 作出以上行動，能夠驅動俄羅斯的年輕人以及活躍份子，向俄羅斯施壓停止種種「可恥」的軍事侵略行動。
