從預告縮圖可見，畫面出現多部手機設計草圖，當中包括已發表的 Nothing Phone (4a) 及 Phone (4a) Pro，亦有三部從未見過的手機，外界估計其中一部可能就是即將登場的 Phone (4b)。按圖片所見，新機可能採用雙鏡頭設計，機背大尺寸長方形模組與 Phone (4a) Pro 有點相似，但整體設計較簡約，招牌 Glyph Interface 燈效亦可能簡化成一條長形燈條。
Akis Evangelidis 表示，a 系列會繼續是僅次於 Nothing 旗艦系列的高階產品線，而 b 系列則會在 a 系列成功基礎上開拓新分支。雖然他強調字母只代表不同產品線，但從說法來看，b 系列定位明顯會低於 a 系列，售價亦有機會更低。
值得留意的是，Nothing 子品牌 CMF 早前才因成本問題，表示今年不會推出新手機。如果 Phone (4b) 最終只配備雙鏡頭，定位可能比 Phone (3a) Lite 更低。加上 Phone (3a) Lite 曾因系統內置廣告引起用戶反彈，Phone (4b) 會如何壓低成本，亦值得關注。
